Spell Dungeon Privacy Policy
In short: TarSoftware does not collect or receive personal information from Spell Dungeon. There are no accounts and your game progress stays on your device. Optional ads are provided by Google AdMob and purchases by Google Play; Google collects some device information to provide those services.
Information TarSoftware collects
None. Spell Dungeon does not ask for your name, email address, contacts or other personal information, and the game does not send information about you to TarSoftware.
Game data on your device
Your progress, inventory and settings are saved only on your device so you can continue where you left off. TarSoftware cannot see or access this data. Uninstalling the game or clearing its app data deletes it.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Spell Dungeon offers optional rewarded ads: you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game reward. These ads are served by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as:
- your device's advertising ID and app set ID,
- your IP address and an approximate location derived from it,
- device and app information (for example device model, operating system and app version), and
- how you interact with the ads you see.
This information goes to Google, not to TarSoftware. Google's use of it is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your choices: where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, under Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads on some devices). You can play without watching ads.
In-app purchases and restoring them
Purchases are made and processed by Google Play. TarSoftware never receives your payment details, name or email address. To unlock a purchase, and to restore it when you reinstall the game or use a new device, the game asks Google Play which Spell Dungeon items your Google account owns. That answer is used only on your device to unlock the content and is not sent to us. Google handles your purchase and account information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Sharing and selling
TarSoftware does not sell or share personal information. The only services that receive information from the game are Google AdMob and Google Play, as described above.
Children
Spell Dungeon is not directed at children under 13, and TarSoftware does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Deleting your data
TarSoftware holds no data about you, so there is nothing to delete on our side. To remove your game data, uninstall Spell Dungeon or clear its app data in your device settings. To limit advertising data, reset or delete your advertising ID as described above. Purchase records are kept by Google Play with your Google account.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game changes what information is collected or who receives it, we will update this page and its effective date before that version is released.
